Plein Air
Here is the Plein Air I did last night. This one I worked on for approximately 45 minutes while listening to A Prairie Home Companion.

Figure Drawing Night at the OCAC
I did these the other night at the figure drawing sessions I run out of the Oxford Community Arts Center.
This was my first drawing of the night, I decided to start with a tone and light study with vine charcoal and white conte on a pink paper. This drawing was a quick 20 minute sketch.
This was another 20 minute sketch of the model with charcoal and white conte on pink paper.
This was the final drawing we did, 30 minutes, H pencil on white paper.

Plein Air
Here are my first attempts at Plein Air painting. This type of painting is performed outdoors and directly from life. Here is a picture of my easel set up for a painting I did of the back of our house.
Here is my first plein air painting, I did this sketch in about 45 minutes
This one here took around 45 minutes as well. This tree is located in our backyard.
This sketch is the back of our home, took about 40 minutes.
